Timberhill Townhouse
Association
Welcome to the Timberhill Townhouse Association
The Owner
and Resident Information document contains important
and useful information about living in our community. This
is a must read for anyone considering purchasing or renting
property in the Timberhill Townhouse Association.
72 homes nestled on lovely manicured grounds in north
Corvallis, Oregon make up the Timberhill Townhouse
Community. Corvallis,
Oregon, home to Oregon State University, is situated
in the picturesque Willamette Valley, the heart of
Oregon's agricultural region. Those of us who live in
the THTA community are lucky to call it home!
THTA is managed by an all volunteer Board
of Directors that are voted in by its
membership. Positions are re-elected every three
years. The Board remains a resource for those in
the community and those considering moving into the
Association neighborhood. Please feel free to contact
us at the numbers provided.
