Those seeking to buy or rent
The
Timberhill Townhouse Association (THTA) appreciates your
interest in our community. However, the Association does not
maintain a list of units for sale or rent, nor does it act
as an agent for such. As a general rule, owners either list
with a Realtor or property manager, independent of THTA.
Thus, your best approach is to contact an agent directly. THTA does
not maintain a list of potential renters or buyers.
An alternative is to drive through
the community on a regular basis to check for sales/rental
signs, or have a personal contact do so. An owner may
decide to sell or rent without an agent, so a sign might
be your only indication of availability.
We invite you to checkout our
website, www.thta.org. At that
site you can learn much about how the community operates
including the Covenants, by-laws, and Rules and
Regulations. You will also see a list of current Board
members. Contact any of us if you have additional
questions or email info@thta.org.
Warning: Several of our homes
have been listed for rent on craigslist, sometimes several
months after they have already been rented or sold. This
is a scam! The contact is seeking "prepayment" for
rent, deposits, etc., and may even have photos, but will
not let you actually see the unit. They may even invent a
contact address using the actual owner's name. If you have
a question about a listing, please email info@thta.org
or contact a THTA Board member and we will check it out.
